Cookery Courses with Michelin Star Chef Armin Karrer

Armin Karrer began his career in Kufstein in Austria. In the following years he gained further experience in France, Italy, Switzerland and Germany. He attained his diploma as Master Chef with 100 marks! Later on under his management the restaurant in the Stuttgart television tower was awarded a Michelin star. It is the only television tower in the world with a Michelin star.

Several years ago, Armin Karrer bought the Zum Hirschen Hotel in Fellbach which is on the boundary to Stuttgart. Here under one roof there is a hotel, gourmet restaurant and Armin Karrer's famous cookery school. After publishing his first cookery book he was awarded the Gourmand World Cookery Book Award in 2001.
